The trial court permitted counsel for plaintiff below, against the objection of opposite counsel, to read, in the hearing of the jury, comments of this [668]*668court in 49 Ohio St. Report, 25, upon the facts as shown at a previous trial of this case. This was error for which the judgment should be reversed.
