Judgment of the circuit court reversed, and that of the common pleas affirmed, on the ground that the evidence of the plaintiff below disclosed that he was negligent in voluntarily going under a car sitting in the freight yard, while switching was in progress, without giving notice to the men eng’ag-ed in switching.
