PER CURIAM.

The plaintiffs appeal from a final judgment in favor of the defendants in an action seeking damages for assault, battery, false imprisonment and malicious prosecution. Although given the opportunity to do so,¹ the appellants have failed to supply this court with a transcript of the proceedings below which is necessary to support [9]*9their points on appeal. Accordingly, we can only affirm the judgment.

AFFIRMED.
