Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The plaintiffs appeal from a final judgment in favor of the defendants in an action seeking damages for assault, battery, false imprisonment and malicious prosecution. Although given the opportunity to do so,1 the appellants have failed to supply this court with a transcript of the proceedings below which is necessary to support [9]*9their points on appeal. Accordingly, we can only affirm the judgment.

AFFIRMED.

DAUKSCH, ORFINGER and SHARP, JJ., concur.
