In re Frank Dean Raborn; applying for rehearing of this Court’s Order dated September 19,1997; Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. CW96 2414; Parish of East Baton Rouge, 19th Judicial District Court, Div. F, No. 416, 757.

Rehearing granted in part. This court’s order of September 19, 1997 is amended to provide that plaintiffs right to seek coverage for medical payments under the GEICO policy is reserved. In all other respects, the application for rehearing is denied.
