v.

ORDER

JAMES SALMONSEN, Warden, Montana State Prison,

Representing himself, Robert L. Rose has filed a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, alleging that his 2002 consecutive sentence as a Persistent Felony Offender is illegal under State v.
