Opinion
Both of these appeals concern an action of summary process. At oral argument, it was revealed that the tenant is no longer in possession of the premises. Accordingly, the matters have been rendered moot. See Yankee Sailing Co. v. Yankee Harbor Marina, Inc., 5 Conn. App. 153, 157, 497 A.2d 93 (1985).
The appeals are dismissed.
