The complaint contains four causes of action (the fifth having been withdrawn) for money had and received, each based upon the use by the bank of moneys of the corporation in payment of debts owed the bank individually by two of the officers of the corporation. Judgment unanimously affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Present — Martin, P. J., O’Malley, Untermyer, Dore and Cohn, JJ.
