District Court of Appeal of Florida·Decided November 14, 1984·No. No. 84-2155·Published

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

This is a petition for writ of habeas corpus which challenges the constitutionality of Section 903.133, Florida Statutes (1983). We hold that it is constitutional and thereby deny the petition. Hart v. State, 405 So.2d 1048 (Fla. 4th DCA 1981), -petition for review denied 415 So.2d 1359 (Fla. 1982); and Echeverría v. State, 411 So.2d 357 (Fla. 3d DCA 1982).

Denied.

DELL, WALDEN and BARKETT, JJ., concur.
