Indian claim; appeal from Indian Claims Commission.— Pursuant to a stipulation filed by the parties and allowed by the court on March 23, 1962, the appeal and cross-appeal taken in this case are discontinued and withdrawn without prejudice to the right of either party to file a later appeal from the final judgment of the Indian Claims Commission.
