ON RETURN TO REMAND

PER CURIAM.

On return to remand, the record shows that appellant was sentenced to four years in the penitentiary and fined $25,000 in accordance with § 20-2-80(l)(a), Code of Alabama 1975, in compliance with our opinion issued August 16, 1983.

The judgment of conviction of the lower court is hereby affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
