Affirmed. See Spiral Tech Elementary Charter Sch. v. Sch. Bd. of Miami-Dade Cty., 994 So.2d 455 (Fla. 3d DCA 2008) (holding where the record establishes that the agency’s factual findings are supported by substantial competent evidence, and the agency did not erroneously interpret the relevant law, we must affirm the agency’s determination) (citing Griffith v. Dep’t of Bus. Regulation, Div. of Pari-Mutuel Wagering, 613 So.2d 930, 932 (Fla. 3d DCA 1993)).
