Opinion
1 UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT 2 DISTRICT OF NEVADA PURELIGHT POWER, LLC, Case No.: 2:25-cv-02339-APG-BNW 4 Plaintiff Order Striking Certificate of Interested Parties v. JUSTIN KERBY and CHRISTOPHER NELSON, 7 Defendants 8 9 IT ORDER that plaintiff Purelight Power, LLC’s certificate of interested parties (ECF No. 6) is STRICKEN for failure to comply with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 7.1(a)(2). The 11} certificate does not identify the plaintiff's citizenship as required by that rule. Columbia Properties Anchorage, LP, 437 F.3d 894, 899 14]| (9th Cir. 2006) (stating that “an LLC is a citizen of every state of which its owners/members are citizens”). 16 I FURTHER ORDER the plaintiff to file a proper certificate of interested parties by 17|| December 17, 2025. 18 DATED this 3rd day of December, 2025. 19 Z. □ 20 ANDREW P. GORDON 1 CHIEF UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE
