In an action to recover damages for injuries to property negligently caused by fire, the appeal is from an order granting respondent’s motion, inter alla, to open his default and to restore the case to the Trial Calendar. Order affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Murphy, Hallinan and Kleinfeld, JJ., concur.
