Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We affirm the conviction and sentence in this case but must strike the imposition of a lien for the payment of a fee to the public defender. If due notice and an opportunity to be heard are given to appellant, then the court may assess a fee and impose a lien.

AFFIRMED in part.

DAUKSCH, W. SHARP and PETERSON, JJ., concur.
