Opinion

An action by a resident, taxpaying elector, to enjoin a municipal corporation from making grants, donations or contributions of money to any commissions, associations, corporations or other agencies, directly or indirectly, without a valuable consideration therefor. Judgment for plaintiff. Judgment affirmed en banc without written opinion.
