This case has been concluded by entry of motion for judgment on the pleadings in favor of plaintiffs. For our disposition is motion by plaintiffs and by defendant Angus E. Wootten, d/b/a Brokenstraw Oil Development Company, for counsel fees and costs against defendant Maybelle Alexander.
