In accordance with stipulation of counsel and on the authority of Abstract 42039 the weather sets were held dutiable as household utensils at 40 percent under paragraph 339. Aneroid barometers similar to those the subject of Selsi v. United States (2 Cust. Ct. 300, C. D. 147) were held dutiable at 27% percent under paragraph 372.
