In accordance with stipulation of counsel the protests were sustained as to (1) hats the same as those involved in United States v. Armand Schwab (30 C. C. P. A. 72, C. A. D. 218); (2) hats the same as those involved in Abstract 46498; and (3) items consisting of hats or hoods the same as those involved in Abstract 47291.
