In accordance with stipulation of counsel and on the authority of Lehn & Fink v. United States (7 Cust. Ct. 182, C. D. 564) certain of the items in question were held dutiable at 20 percent ad valorem and 314 cents per pound under paragraph 27 (b) as claimed.
