In accordance with stipulation of counsel the merchandise in question was held dutiable as follows: (1) Wooden jumping sticks similar to those the subject of Abstract 44028 at 33)4 percent under paragraph 412; (2) magic daggers of metal at 45 percent under paragraph 397, Abstract 37637 followed; and (3) three-tube horns composed of metal similar to those the subject of Abstract 40185 at 45 percent under paragraph 397.
