In accordance with stipulation of counsel the merchandise in question was found to be needle threaders similar to those the subject of Abstract 38680, dime savings banks like those passed upon in Abstract 42749, and tape measures like those the subject of Abstract 43372, and was held dutiable at 40 percent under paragraph 339 as household utensils or hollow ware.
