It was stipulated that certain items consist of catheters and similar articles in chief value of synthetic gum, the same as those passed upon in Bard v. United States (T. D. 49189) and id. (C. D. 134), and held dutiable at 20 percent under paragraph 1558, and that other items are catheters and similar articles in chief value of metal dutiable at 45 percent under paragraph 397. The protests were accordingly sustained.
