In accordance with stipulation of counsel and Abstract 47291, United States v. Armand Schwab (30 C. C. P. A. 72, C. A. D. 218), and Abstract 46497 the protests were sustained as to the hats of the material provided for in paragraph 1504 (b) (1), and not blocked or trimmed, and not bleached, dyed, colored, or stained.
