Opinion

Opinion by

Kincheloe, J.

It was stipulated that certain of the cotton rags in question are the same in all material respects as those the subject of United States v. Schapiro (24 C. C. P. A. 343, T. D. 48771). The protests were sustained in part, in accordance' with the percentage of the rags used chiefly for paper making as set forth in the stipulation.
