In accordance with stipulation of counsel and on the authority of Woolworth v. United States (26 C. C. P. A. 221, C. A. D. 20) and Woolworth v. United States (T. D. 47857) certain of the bridge table pencil holders were held dutiable at 45 percent under paragraph 397. Bridge table pencil holders and photo frames, plated with silver, were held dutiable at 50 percent under the same paragraph.
