In accordance with stipulation of counsel lamps, incense burners, .vases, lanterns, candlesticks, torchers, photo frames, bookends, inkstands, jars, corners, blotters, letter knives, stamp boxes, pen trays, jardinieres, bowls, trays, boxes, and desk sets were held dutiable at 40 percent under paragraph 339. Bowl» and jars plated with-silver were held dutiable at 50'percent under the same paragraph.
