It appeared from the record that certain of the items in question consisted of hats similar to those involved in Caradine v. United States (9 Cust. Ct. 69, C. D. 664), and were imported and entered subsequent to the effective date of said trade agreement. In accordance therewith the claim at 123-4 percent under paragraph 1504 (b) (5) and T. D. 48075 was sustained.
