In accordance with stipulation of counsel and on the authority, of United States v. Great Pacific Co. (T. D. 48192) the claim at % of 1 cent per pound under paragraph 727 was sustained on the weight of the broken rice as shown in the appraiser’s report, viz, “300 mats, 0.5% broken rice by weight, and 1300 mats, 1.6% broken rice by weight.”
