The merchandise was imported from England. From the report of the solicitor it appeared that one case contained lambskins and the case and the burlap covering were marked “France.” Four bundles contained marmot skins which were marked “China.” The appraiser found that they were the product of the Soviet Union. On the record presented the protest was overruled.
