It was stipulated that the merchandise consists of thermometers, soap boxes, razor case, and shaving brush holder chiefly used in the household for utilitarian purposes. The claim at 40 percent under paragraph 339 was therefore sustained. Abstract 39852 and Rice v. United States (T. D. 49373), Dow v. United States (21 C. C. P. A. 282, T. D. 46816), and United States v. Friedlaender (id. 103, T. D. 46445) cited.
