Opinion

Opinion by

Keefe, J.

At the trial the plaintiffs moved in evidence the official papers, and on behalf of the Government the weigher’s dock book was admitted. From the record as presented the court found there was nothing before it to establish that the merchandise in its imported condition weighed less than the quantity found by the United States weigher. The protest was therefore overruled.
