It was stipulated that the merchandise consists of photo frames chiefly used on the table, in the kitchen or in the household. The claim at 40 percent under paragraph 339 was therefore sustained. Abstract 38069 followed. No evidence was submitted to show that the collector erred in assessing additional duty of 3 cents per pound on the copper content of the articles under section 601, Revenue Act of 1932. That claim was therefore overruled.
