Keefe, J.

In accordance with stipulation of counsel and on the authority of Abstract 40933 and Woolworth v. United States (T. D. 47647) the incense in question was held entitled to free entry under paragraph 1703. Bronze vases or flower vases were held dutiable at 40 percent under paragraph 339 plus 3 cents per pound tax on the copper content under the Revenue Act of 1932.
