It was stipulated that the merchandise consists of wool hat bodies similar in all material respects to those the subject of Cohn v. United States (25 C. C. P. A. 220, T. D. 49335) and Cohn v. United States (4 Cust. Ct. 166, C. D. 314). In accordance therewith the wool hat bodies in question were held dutiable at the appropriate rate according to value under paragraph 1115 (a) as claimed.
