Opinion

Opinion by

Tilson, J.

The record showed that certain of the items consisted of hats known as harvest hats, similar to those the subject of Caradine v. United States (9 Cust. Ct. 69, C. D. 664), and that all of said merchandise was imported subsequent to the effective date of said trade agreement. In accordance therewith the claim at 123-4 percent under paragraph 1504 (b) (5) and T. D. 48075 was sustained.
