In accordance with stipulation of counsel and on the authority of United States v. Amrein (26 C. C. P. A. 353, C. A. D. 40) and Pustet v. United States (13 Ct. Cust. Appls. 530, T. D. 41396) Normandy laces and embroidered articles were held dutiable at 75 percent under paragraph 1430. Merchandise in chief value of cellulose filaments the same as those the subject of Abstract 37230 was held dutiable at 60 percent under paragraph 31.
