It is claimed that the articles in question consist of hemp hats, not blocked or trimmed, and not bleached, dyed, colored, or stained, and that they are similar to those involved in United States v. Armand Schwab (30 C. C. P. A. 72, C. A. D. 218). It was found that the record sustained the plaintiff’s contention. The protest was therefore sustained to that extent.
