Opinion

The Court

(CRanch, C. J., doubting,)

was of opinion, that there was no objection to the form of the action.

[193]*193That if the act was done by the agents, ignorantly or negligently, the corporation is liable; but not if done, by the agents, knowingly and wilfully. Verdict for plaintiff, $300.
