Opinion

Action to recover damages for the wrongful death of an infant as a consequence of a head-on collision between a bus and an automobile in which the infant was riding. Judgment for the plaintiff and order in so far as appealed from unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Young, Hagarty, Carswell and Davis, JJ.
