Action to restrain appellant permanently from erecting or maintaining a “ building containing stores ” on its property, situated on the east side of Sixty-third drive, 260 feet south of Alderton street, Queens county, in violation of a restrictive covenant. Judgment in favor of respondents, in so far as appealed from, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Hagarty, Johnston, Adel, Taylor and Close, JJ.
