The record reflects adequate competent evidence to support a finding of fiduciary relationship. Affirmed on authority of Prescott v. Kreher, Fla.App.1960, 123 So.2d [135]*135721, and Quinn v. Phipps, 1927, 93 Fla. 805, 113 So. 419, 54 A.L.R. 1173.

Affirmed.
