Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The petition is granted and James J. Price is hereby afforded a belated appeal from the order denying postconviction relief in Escambia County Circuit Court case numbers 2002-CF-005931-A, 2003-CR-000236, 2003-CR-000237, and 2003-CR-000289-K. Upon issuance of mandate in this cause, a copy of the opinion will be provided to the clerk of the lower tribunal who shall treat it as a notice of appeal. Fla. R.App. P. 9.141(c)(5)(D).
