The undersigned have reviewed the circumstances set forth in the Order of Deputy Commissioner Glenn. The appealing party has not shown good ground to reconsider the Order.

Therefore, it is hereby Ordered that plaintiff's claim is Dismissed with prejudice.

Each side shall bear its own costs.
