Opinion

Government contract; suit under Section 6 of the Lucas Act, 60 Stat. 902, 903, as amended, 62 Stat. 869, 992.

On agreement of settlement evidenced by a stipulation entered into by the parties by way of compromise and upon a report of a commissioner recommending an order in accordance with the stipulation, it was ordered “that the Department of the Army settle the claim in favor of the plaintiff in the sum of $6,000.”
