The above-styled cases, all of which are governed by our recent holding in Practice [1114]*1114Management Associates, Inc. v. Gulley, 618 So.2d 259 (Fla. 2d DCA 1993), are hereby consolidated for disposition. We reverse the summary judgments entered for appellees and remand for further proceedings consistent with Gulley.
