950 So. 2d 487, 2007 Fla. App. LEXIS 2736, 2007 WL 601972
District Court of Appeal of Florida·Decided February 28, 2007·No. No. 3D06-1428·Published

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

P.R., a juvenile, seeks to reverse an adjudication of delinquency and probation for trespass. We reverse. The State [488]*488failed to present sufficient evidence that P.R. committed trespass or any conduct that could support a finding of delinquency. We therefore reverse P.R.’s adjudication of delinquency and remand with instructions to dismiss the case and discharge him.

Reversed and remanded with instructions.
