PER CURIAM.

Judgment and order reversed, and a new trial granted, with costs to abide the event, unless the respondent, within 20 days after the service of the order entered hereon, stipulates to reduce the verdict to $2,500, in which event the judgment as so modified and the order are affirmed, without costs of this appeal.
