ON REMAND FROM THE SUPREME COURT OF ALABAMA

INGRAM, Presiding Judge.

The prior judgment of this court has been reversed and the cause remanded by the Supreme Court of Alabama. On remand to this court, and in compliance with the supreme court’s opinion of September 21, 1990, Ex parte Geneva City Board of Education, 575 So.2d 1114 (Ala.1990), this cause is now affirmed.

AFFIRMED.

ROBERTSON and RUSSELL, JJ., concur.
