Case No. 4:21-CV-00945-LPR KILOLO KIJAKAZI, ACTING COMMISSIONER of SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION DEFENDANT JUDGMENT Pursuant to the Order entered today, it is CONSIDERED, ORDERED, and ADJUDGED that the Commissioner’s decision is REVERSED, and the case is REMANDED for further review. This is a sentence four remand under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) and Melkonyan v. Sullivan, 501 U.S. 89 (1991). IT IS SO ADJUDGED this 9th day of March 2023.
