The appellant in this case is the wife of the appellant in [371]*371Potter v. Fidelity Company in which, the opinion of the court sustaining the trust has been filed. This is an attack upon the same trust from a different point, but with the same object. The decree dismissing the bill is affirmed on the opinion of Judge Willson.
